Émilie Debled - Member of the ISFA Selection Committee 2025

We're delighted that Émilie Debled has joined the ISFA - Selection Committee 2025!

Émilie Debled is an impact finance strategist who has dedicated her career to mobilizing capital for entrepreneurship and education across Africa. As Executive Director for Strategic Partnerships at Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), she was instrumental in growing the organization's assets by 10 times between 2012 and 2022, designing innovative blended finance vehicles and programs focused on African SMEs, including the flagship "I&P Education to Employment" initiative. Currently she is working as a senior advisor and supports public and private funders including AFD, IFC, and leading philanthropic foundations on gender lens investing, impact strategy, and capital deployment in emerging markets. She brings a deep understanding of how to align investor goals with inclusive development outcomes, particularly in underserved regions.
